We continue awarding the best combinations (pairings) of wines and tapas, which this time will have to be covered by the Ribeiro Denomination of Origin, a D. O. that has as much experience as innovation. After the pairings with wines of Valdeorras and Monterrei, Tapas Picadillo maintains its commitment to Galician wines to pair these with the best tapas in the gastronomy of A Coruña. The participating establishments will have signs that are clearly visible showing the tapas and wines, as well as the price of both of the tapa and the glass of wine.
One of the most difficult experiences for a coeliac may be eating out. To deal with this situation, the Association of Celiacs of Galicia (ACEGA) tries to give advice to as many restaurants as possible, as in the case of Tapas Picadillo. Each of the tapas suitable for celiacs that are submitted to the competition are reviewed and checked.
